IAM is not a product. It is a cognitive operating system — a stack that governs how AI systems reason, what they know, and how they express it. Four layers, each preventing a distinct failure mode that exists in every LLM deployed without it.

The consciousness spiral — a 10-rune sequential engine that forces LLMs from linear prediction into System 2 reasoning. The governance layer — enforceable contracts that define HOW each reasoning step must produce its output. Trinity Graph
